Shipping Policy

UK Shipping

DPD (1-3 days): £5.00
 
All orders will be dispatched within 1 - 2 working days of an order being placed.
 
DPD aim to deliver all shipments within 48 hours of dispatch. However, delivery times may vary, especially during busy periods.
 
When your order is shipped you will receive an email with your order number and a DPD tracking number to track the status of your shipment.

Orders received after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day.

International Shipping

Our golf polo shirts are now available for international shipping!

All international orders are shipped with UPS. Rates as follows:

Europe Zone 1: £15.00

Europe Zone 2: £25.00

North America: £25.00

Asia: £25.00

Australia/New Zealand: £50.00

Rest of World: £50.00

Transit times for international shipments are 2-10 days.

Please note listed prices do not include any local duties or taxes. 

Weekends and Bank Holidays
 
We cannot ship parcels on weekends or Bank Holidays. Parcels will be shipped the next working day. If an order is placed after 12pm on a Friday, the item will be despatched the following Monday, unless it is a bank holiday in which case the item will be despatched the following Tuesday.

Lost Shipments

All our shipments are sent on a tracked service. However, if your shipment is taking longer than expected, please let us know at info@slycker.co.uk and we will chase up with relevant courier.
